Handbook Training
This handbook training was a hands-on, working session designed to support school leaders in reviewing, updating, and refining their school handbooks. Participants brought their current documents and worked through real-time edits, questions, and considerations with guidance and peer collaboration. Rather than a lecture-style format, the session focused on practical application—helping attendees clarify language, address common issues, and make meaningful progress on their handbooks in a single day. Many districts found added value in attending as a team, as including a teacher leader provided additional perspective and strengthened the final product.
This workshop is offered periodically. If you are interested in a future session, please watch for updates or reach out to NDCEL.
