This is the course that was created by Ed Porthan. We updated the course to include the latest trends in education and leadership. The program represents the best of what we currently know about effective instruction, effective learning, and effective school leadership. We know that enhanced learning cannot occur without positive interactions taking place through effective instructional practices by educators, effective learning practices by students, and effective leadership practices by administrators. This program is now designed as 4 days of training.

 Dates:  December 10-12, 2024 & February 4, 2025

Location: The NDCEL Office, 318 W. Apollo Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58503

Cost: $600 per person and includes all materials, lunch and two graduate credits with the University of Mary.

Note: We must have at least 6 participants to hold this training. You will be notified 1.5 weeks in advance if that number has not been reached.
