Charges vary depending on whether the survey is conducted for a single building or multiples buildings in a district.
$50 - Base cost for a single building or school unit (e.g., Grade 7-12 unit in a K-12 building) using the same questions as the sample survey ($75 out-of-state)
$50 - Each additional building or unit in a district ($75 out-of-state)
$50 - Setup charge per hour to customize a survey form
