LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TOOLS


Each of the following instruments may be used for self-assessment or for a process called 360 degree assessment. The advantage of this approach is that it includes feedback from a wide range of people who have regular contact with the administrator, e.g., supervisor, other administrators in the district, the school staff, or the community. This usually results in a more complete and accurate assessment because performance feedback is obtained from many different sources and many different perspectives.

- Contact person: Name, email address, and phone number
- Online tool(s) requested
- Name of person to be assessed (for online assessment tools only)
- Dates to begin and end the online survey or assessment
