LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The North Dakota Council
of Educational Leaders stands ready to assist members
with a variety of legal issues, both personal and
professional. The major areas that legal assistance
is available to members are:
- Professional research, advice and information
related to any aspect of educational leadership
and providing services to children.
- Personal representation representation or consultation
in legal matters of a contractural nature.
- Conflicts that arise between and among members.
NDCEL members are encouraged to contact the NDCEL
as soon as possible when any question or conflict
