The North Dakota Council of Educational Leaders is arranging for exhibitors at our 2013 Fall Conference, which will be held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck on October 17 and 18.  Exhibits will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 17 and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon on October 18.

The North Dakota Council of Educational Leaders is an organiza­tion of school superintendents, principals, program directors, county superintendents, and other administrators.  Four to five hundred Educational Leaders who make purchasing decisions will be in attendance

NDCEL’s Fall Conference has limited booth/suite space and last year exhibit space was filled in less than two weeks. Because of the speed at which space fills, we are sending this Advertising Sales Contract opportunity prior to opening general exhibitor registration.

Advertising Sales Contract Plans A and B guarantee your company a booth/suite when your signed contract forms and payment (only checks are accepted) are received by May 24, 2013. Space can NOT be guaranteed by credit card, phone or fax.

Please review the enclosed Advertising Sales Contract Plan options—note that Plans A and B include guaranteed exhibitor booth/suite space. Plans C and D are for advertising only. If you select Plan A or B, please also complete the Contract to Exhibit Form. Your signed contracts and payment check must be received before May 24^th.

If you choose not to guarantee exhibitor space with an Advertising Sales Contract, watch for our general exhibitor mailing in late May.
