• Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act—Getting Ready for 2014 - This presentation will provide an overview of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act – better known as “ObamaCare.” There are significant changes that will impact a school district’s obligation for providing health insurance to its employees and could possibly be an issue during future contract negotiation.
